The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), has debunked and denied all reports that it has plans to ban some players and coaches of the Super Falcons, over the team's outbursts and protests for non-payment of allowances.
The Falcons, have been on strike, since returning from the AWCON, which they won for a record 10th time, and the NFF, have failed in their duty to remit all allowances and bonuses to the team. Reacting to the news making the rounds, NFF president ; Amaju Pinnick said - "How can people cook up such a story ? There is nothing of such " - He told the Guardian. "They are our players and we will continue to appeal to them to see reason with the NFF in view of the tight economic situation we are in currently. Their wages will be given to them as soon as we get the money. To say the NFF is planning to ban some of the players and coaches for life is out of it".
