Real Madrid defeated Manchester City 1-0, to qualify for the final of this season's Champions League, where they will face city rivals, Atletico Madrid.
Zinedine Zidane had Cristiano Ronaldo fit again for the semi-final second leg clash at the Santiago Bernabeu, but it was Gareth Bale's effort which was deflected off Fernando for the only goal of the game.
Real will be hoping to claim the club's 11th European crown at the San Siro on May 28th. It will also be a repeat of the 2014 final at the Estadio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal, which Real won 4-1 in extra time play.
Atletico qualified on away goals, after losing 2-1 to Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday.
