Australia Off To A Strong Start Against Czech Republic In The Davis Cup

Nick Kyrgios and Jordan Thompson, both enjoyed straight-sets wins as Australia raced into a 2-0 lead on the opening day of the World Group Davis Cup match against Czech Republic in Melbourne. 

Kyrgios, the World number 15, condeaded just seven games in his win over Jan Satral, while Thompson shocked Jiri Vesely in the opening contest of the day at Kooyong. The 21-year-old Kyrgios, beat World No 157 Satral 6-2 6-4 6-2 in just 95 minutes, without dropping his serve once.
