Cristiano Ronaldo has been casted alongside Hollywood screen diva Angelina Jolie, in a new TV drama. The Real Madrid superstar, who has conquered the football World, is reported to have signed a contract to appear in a TV drama series about Syrian refugees, titled ''Hayat Koprusu'' alongside Oscar winner Angelina Jolie.
Ronaldo, in the past has made his intentions for the big screens known, is set to report for filming at the series location. The series is focused on a Syrian family fleeing the civil war for Turkey. Filming is billed to commence in April. The director of the series, Eyup Dirlik, told Sky sources that ''There will be appearances from actors and actresses from all over the World including Cristiano Ronaldo, Angelina Jolie and Arabic music star Nancy Ajram''.
