Wenger Could Miss Chelsea Clash If Found Guilty Of Physical Assault On A Fourth Official

Image result for arsene wengerArsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, could miss his team's key match against Chelsea. Arsena Wenger, was charged by the FA for misconduct, a product of his reactions during the team's game against Burnley over the weekend. A statement from the FA read - '' It is alleged that in or around the 92nd minute, he used abusive and.or insulting words towards the fourth official.
It is further alleged that following his dismissal from the technical area, his behavior inside the tunnel, and making physical contact with the fourth official, amounted to improper conduct''. The 62-year-old, was charged officially on Monday, and has until 6pm on January 27th to respond to the charge.
The UK Mirror, reports that the FA chiefs are determined to take a tough stand against the Frenchman, because he pushed the fourth official; Anthony Taylor. Wenger is likely to get a tough and strict punishment, because he made ''physical contact'' with an official. Punishment in this case is leaning more to a full stadium ban, as against a touchline suspension. If the FA's judgement pulls through, it means that Wenger, will be missing his team's very crucial game against Chelsae in their challenge for the EPL title.
