No Foreign Coach For Eagles; Group Cries Out

Amaju PinnickSports Marketers Association of Nigeria, has rejected the move to hire a foreign coach for the Super Eagles by president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Amaju Pinnick.
The group, also asked Pinnick to resign, after the country failed to qualify for next year's AFCON in Gabon.
Members of the group conducted a peaceful protest at the Abuja National Stadium on Tuesday, while the Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung was meeting with the NFF board.
" We are not basing this on the players and the coaches alone, the managerial aspect of this whole thing must be taken care of as well. We are asking that they should take the path of honor and resign, especially the president of the NFF".
" Nigerians are not happy with him, Nigerians are not comfortable with him and he doesn't have what it takes to pilot the affairs of Nigeria football.
" We are rejecting his move to sign a foreign coach in totality because it is not all about a foreign coach. Part of the reasons Oliseh resigned was because they could not pay his salary which is less than what the foreign coach will be requesting.
