The Super Falcons of Nigeria, has qualified for the 2016 African Women's Cup of Nations. The Falcons claimed victory over Senegal by winning 2-0 at the Abuja National Stadium on Tuesday evening.
The win, sealed qualification, as the Falcons qualified 3-1 on aggregate score.
The game started on a rather gloomy side as Asisat Oshoala missed a penalty early in the game, but the game soon picked up when Rita Chikwelu opened scoring, and Igbinovia Osarenoma soon scored the second goal and sealed victory for the Falcons.
The team who are reigning champions joined the likes of Egypt, Kenya, Equatorial Guinea, Zimbabwe and hosts Cameroon.
