Use of 4th Substitute During Extra Time From Quarter-Final Round In 2016/17 FA Cup
The FA, has announced that teams can now use a fourth substitute in extra-time from the quarter-final stages of this season's FA Cup. If a team has used three of their normal substitutions after 90 minutes, they will now be permitted to make one extra change if the scores are level at extra time.
New Rules Announced Ahead Of EPL 2016/17 Season
A number of new laws, will come into force for the first time in the Premier League when the season kicks off on August 13th. The International Football Association Board (IFAB), announced more than 95 alterations to the laws of the game last season after 18 months of consultations, with many changes already trialed at Euro 2016. The International Champions Cup match between Manchester City and Manchester United has been called off because of the state of the pitch in Beijing.
