Serena and Venus Williams, defeated fifth seeds, Timea Babos of Hungary and Yaroslavia Shvedova of Kazakhstan 6-3, 6-4 on Saturday, to win the Wimbledon singles title. This year's win, makes it the 6th Wimbledon title, and 14th Grand Slam doubles title for the sisters, and their 22nd in 23 finals in all competition.
The only time the sisters have ever lost a doubles final, was back in 1999 in San Diego. "It's awesome to win another doubles at Wimbledon" - Serena said.
Venus added - "I never want to make a mistake. I don't want to let Serena down. She brought the energy from the singles on to the doubles court".
The two siblings are expected to feature at this year's Olympic Games.
