Portugal Wins Euro 2016

Eder of Portugal celebrates scoring the winning goal in ParisPortugal, have won the Euro 2016 after Eder's superb extra-time strike gave them a 1-0 victory over hosts France in Paris, despite Cristiano Ronaldo coming injured in the first-half of the game. Substitute Eder, who came on as a late second-half replacement for Renato Sanches, struck low into the bottom corner past Hugo Lloris from 25 yards to hand Portugal their first-ever major tournament crown in dramatic fashion.
Cristiano Ronaldo who was forced off in the first half, leads the celebrations at the final whistle, as his tears of pain and anguish from earlier, were turned into tears of joy.
