France Through To Euro 2016 Finals

Antoine Griezmann scored twice to send France to the Euro 2016 finalFrance are through to the finals of Euro 2016. Antoine Griezman, was the hero of the night, as he scored twice to see France beat Germany 2-0 at the Stade Velodrome to set up a final clash against Portugal in Paris, on Sunday.

Germany dominated possession during a frantic first-half in Marseille, but it was France who broke the deadlock in injury time at the end of the first period after Patrice Evra's header was adjudged to have hit the arm of Bastian Schweinsteiger.
Griezman, made no mistake from the spot, just two minutes into injury time, and he was again celebrating an additional goal, adding to his pedigree as the tournament's highest goal scorer. At the 72nd minute, he once again, capitalized on mistakes from Joshua Kimmich and Manuel Neuer to score his sixth goal of the competition to send the host nation through to the final.
France, now have the opportunity to win their major tournament since Euro 2000, and repeat the triumph of the side Deschamps captained to World Cup glory in 1998.
