The Nigeria's U-23 team (Dream Team IV), on Monday, failed to depart for Brazil from Atlanta, USA. This is the second time the Olympic team, have failed to leave for Brazil for the Games, owing to the team's inability to get flight tickets.
"Officials are currently running around to ensure that the team finally leaves on Tuesday" - a source told AfricanFootball.com. " They have been at the sports ministry to make sure that everything about their ticketing and departure is sorted out today at the latest" - the official said.
The Dream team IV, who have been camping in the US, are in Group B, alongside Sweden, Colombia, and Japan, and are billed to play their first match on Friday 2am Nigerian time against Japan.
