Nigeria Finally Gets A Place On The Medals Table, As Dream Team VI Wins Bronze In Rio

Honduras U23 2-3 Nigeria U23: Umar's brace hands Dream Team VI Olympic bronze
Nigeria's Dream Team IV, have claimed Bronze at the Rio 2016 Olympics. The team, which lost a place in the final of the competition through a defeat at the hands of the Germans, have once again proven why they are called the Dream Team, and kept Olympic medal hopes alive for the Nation.
The team beat Honduras 3-2 in the bronze medal match this evening. Two goals from AS Roma striker Sadiq Umar and a fine finish from Aminu Umar early in the second-half put Nigeria 3-0 up. Honduras, however demonstrated good sportsmanship and fought till the very end, with goals from Anthony Lozano and Marcelo Pereira in the last 20 minutes, saw them inches away from leveling up the scores.
Celebrations have trailed this success, as Nigeria finally gets a place on the Rio 2016 medals table.
